I spent my career responding to other people’s worst days. Today, I manage my own. Living with a complex matrix of PTSD ,CPTSD, hEDS, Hyper-POTS, Mast Cell Activation, and Systemic Lupus, my physical "hardware" is compromised, my immune system is in Nuclear Overload or Dead On Arrival depending on the context, but my mission-focus remains intact.

Project Havoc is my answer to the limitations of disability. It’s about proving that with the right partner and the right training, we can still "hold the line," even when that line is on the deck of a sailboat or in the middle of a PTSD spike.
