Backing the Blueprint. Resourcing the Mission.

🛠️ THE LOGISTICS CHAIN

Surviving a biological system failure while simultaneously building a step-by-step, open-source training manual for other broken operators is not a solo mission. It requires a solid logistical supply line. The Havoc Project operates on the frontlines of First Responder mental health and chronic illness management, and we rely on the alliances we forge to keep the mission moving forward.

🤝 OUR ALLIES

We are proud to stand alongside organizations, brands, and individuals who understand the true cost of emergency service. These partners supply the gear, the nutrition, the infrastructure, and the backing required to keep Havoc trained and the handler in the fight.

🎯 JOIN THE ALLIANCE

We aren't looking for charity; we are looking for tactical partnerships. If your company manufactures high-tier K9 working gear, specialized veterinary nutrition, maritime/outdoor survival equipment, or if your organization wants to sponsor the development of "The Blueprint" to help disabled first responders... we want you on our six.

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

To our Sponsors, Donors, and the Entire Havoc Project Community,

When I put on this dress uniform, I am reminded of the immense pride, duty, and sacrifice that defines the first responder community. This uniform represents the calls we answered, the lives we touched, and the unwavering commitment to stand on the line when others step back. But it also holds the invisible weight of the things we cannot unsee—the silent, compounding toll that the job takes on our minds and our bodies.

For too long, the narrative surrounding first responder mental health has been one of quiet endurance. When the biological and psychological fallout of the job—Complex PTSD, autonomic nervous system failures, and the crushing weight of isolation—finally catches up, too many of us find ourselves fighting a new battle entirely alone.

When I began The Havoc Project, I realized that the tools for survival, like a specialized psychiatric and autonomic service dog, were hidden behind insurmountable financial barriers.

We decided that was unacceptable. We decided to leave a ladder down in the pit.

But a blueprint is only as strong as the people who help build it. That is why I am writing to you today.

To our Corporate Sponsors and Partners:

You did not just put your logos on our gear. You looked at the reality of first responder trauma and decided to stand in the gap. By equipping Havoc, fueling her performance, and securing our logistics, you have breathed life into this mission. You have proven that the corporate world and the tactical world can unite to save the lives of those who spent their careers saving others.

To our Donors and Followers: Your belief in this project is the armor that keeps us moving forward. Every message of support, every dollar contributed, and every time you share our story, you are helping to dismantle the stigma surrounding first responder mental health.

You are helping us prove that owner-training a service dog is a viable, life-saving path to biometric sovereignty and reclaimed independence.

Havoc is not just my lifeline; she is the proof of concept. And you are the Allied Command that makes her work possible.

Because of you, we are writing the open-source manual for survival. Because of you, the next generation of disabled first responders will not have to navigate the darkness alone, nor will they have to bankrupt themselves to find a way back to the light.

From the bottom of my heart, and on behalf of every ghost we are fighting to bring home—thank you.

We have the watch, but we are profoundly grateful to have you at our backs.

With deepest respect and gratitude,

Scott Hembruff
